Delivery
We use couriers for smaller items. Small items such as pipework, fittings and other accessories sent via royal mail. The smaller pond liners (Up to 500 litre rectangular liners and 330 litre round liners) sent via Parcelforce. We will provide customers who have ordered these smaller items sent with couriers with a tracking code. Delivery Usually takes around 3-5 working days.
Refund/Cancellation policy
Customers can cancel their order up to 14 days after their order is delivered. As a seller we have 30 days to deliver your goods after the date of purchase. It does state in our delivery policy that larger liners have a 2-3 week delivery time (which could be sooner) and it could be slightly longer as some areas are difficult to get to. So our policy is you can cancel and receive a full refund if we have not delivered your pond within 30 days.
